If you are not happy with an item purchased from My Oregon Scientific, we will accept returns within 30 days of your purchase.  All items must be returned in original packaging, with manuals and all accessories.  Credit for items returned will be issued at the original purchase price.

Incomplete Shipments 

My Oregon Scientific has several supplier warehouses located throughout the United States.  If your order contains multiple products, these items will typically be shipped to you in one package.  However, if one or more products in your order are out of stock or unavailable at the warehouse nearest you, My Oregon Scientific might ship from multiple warehouses. If you are missing product off your order please contact help@myoregonscientific.com to check the status of your order. Some items may have been shipped from different locations and will arrive in different shipments at different times.

Damaged Shipments

Please refuse receipt from carrier of any packages that have visible damage upon delivery and contact My Oregon Scientific immediately at help@myoregonscientific.com.
